I have tried all the moves I could. This one is stuck at the moment in limbo until the fulfillment department forces an update the I can get my refund. I'm definitely frustrated bc this is three bad orders in a row. I collect high end automatic dive watches and Amazon has half of my money tied up in limbo and of course I can't place my order for the watch now bc of Amazon. Seems like I've been on the phone with them over half the day today. If I weren't in so deep with them I'd just quit using them but they are too big not to buy from.
