Ok, so questioabout Samsung.com and ordering from Best Buy

I went to Samsung webpage to order as soon as preorder opened up. I chose my device, color, and storage, etc. When I went to checkout, it showed me placing an order for full price, not the lease payment amount. I expected taxes or whatever. So I went to Sprint.com, opened my account, pressed a few buttons, and now I have a placed order and I only paid shipping. So why would Samsung.com expect me to pay full amount, even though I was getting a carrier branded payment lease? Maybe I should have gone through Best Buy? I've never done a preorder before.

Not sure maybe there was a selection that was missed when you were going through the screen? I have Sprint and I pre-ordered my s20 ultra through samsung.com and chose the Sprint financing option.

I don't think samsung.com let's you do leases only finance.

When I went through my Sprint app, I didnt even get charged for taxes, just the shipping fee. Which seems odd to me. But customer service assured me that my order is correct.

Yea most leases you pay the tax only on down payment. Since you had no down payment there were no taxes to pay. Sounds correct.

Same thing happened to me and others, I'm on Verizon. I tried like 4 times. I went to Best buy and it went thru just as expect, only had to pay the taxes. Think Samsung has issues, doesn't always work.
