Need Help with Net10 Sim card in Tmobile Evolve Not able to send/receive short codes
I have been trying for weeks to get help from Net10, even emailing the CEO and Miami corp office. They have given nothing but bad and useless directions and info. I can receive regular 10digit number texts, but cannot get short codes to work. I get an error message saying "sorry this service is not available for your service plan". I am on an unlimited talk.text.web $40 a month plan. Also wifi is not working correctly. When I amhome it sends an error message saying "wifi calling error error er05 invalid sim". But as soon as I get in my car and get a few blocks away it alerts me that wifi is available. It will show my home network but say I am out of range! This is so frustrating. I would be ever so grateful for any help anyone can provide! Thanks so much!
