on z flip 3 can i use standard Android password autofill without going to Samsung Pass?

My wife now has a Samsung z flip 3. We use Android on several other devices sharing passwords, contacts, calendar etc. on a common Google account. We don't particularly want a Samsung account just for features already available from Google/Android. Despite setting options as per instructions password autofill isn't happening.

Yup, you can select and use the autofill service of your choice (just remember, you still need a Samsung account to use a Samsung phone).
