One Drive or Google Drive?

Just bought a Samsung S5. If One Drive is used as Cloud Storage instead of Google Drive, what native capabilities I will be missing. I just want to make sure I will not be missing any major functionality. Reason for my question is, my One Drive storage is unlimited (through Office 360 subscription).

Any one had this situation? If yes, please share your thoughts!
