No. I'm NOT whining about the lack of Removable Battery and Expandable Storage. IMO for the average user getting 10-12 hours is great and 32GB is more than enough.

I just don't get it, question hTc's decisions.

1. Power / IR Blaster. It's THE best new feature in Super Phones in 2013 but why not place it on the Right or even Middle or separate the two like what Samsung (& Sony) did.

2. Correct me if I'm wrong every android has Three Buttons (Back, Menu & Home) but hTc decided we only need two and use up screen space for Menu. The "hTc" logo is useless, it would've been sweet as a Home Button. I heard there's a hack but that's besides the point.

3. 4MP UltraPixel. When it comes to Camera, it seems to be a numbers game. I heard many time it's not about MP, frankly I don't really care too much about it but some want the highest MP camera. This is what could hurt hTc in sales.

4. 4.1.2 when it should've been 4.2.2. No rush but I would like to see hTc upgrade it in a few months or weeks.

2 & 3 are the most asked by my family, friends and even strangers.

1) Why would you want the ir blaster moved if it works fine where it is?

2) This has been beaten to death.

3)They couldn't do some of the features (zoe's) with a larger mp camera. The 4 mp camera is just fine for most uses.

4) There are very minute differences between the two. The only major one from what I understand being the lock screen widgets.

No phone is going to be perfect. Personally I see these as minor issues if issues at all.

I actually like the power button where it is. Pull your phone out if your front right pants pocket (screen facing the leg, power button down in the pocket) and hold it one handed with your right hand where is the index finger? Right next to the power button. Imagine that maneuver with the button on the right side, way more awkward.

Does everyone hold their phone this way, no, but most people are right handed, and if your hand is too small to use this phone one handed, then it doesn't really matter where the button is.

I was never really conscious about that whole right side pocket thing until just now. Funny how people notice small things like this.

In regards to the changes between 4.1.2 and 4.2.2 there was a bunch of little pain in the rear bugs that were squashed that continue to give headaches to many on 4.1.2.

I would love to see all devices running 4.2.2 but same time there is a reason why it takes months to get the OEMs and carriers to approve of releasing it after they throw their UI's and bloat onto what Google provided as a vanilla base.
