We send out a group text to ask users to join a conference call and provide the phone number and participant code within the text message. I would like to leverage a one touch option from the Messages app to Connect to conference call via selecting Phone and participant Code within a text message. It will then dial the number, pause, dial the participant code and connect you to the conference call. This worked several years ago from a text message and I just confirmed it works fine for iPhone users. Below is the syntax that is sent to our group of users to provide them the phone and participant code. For android users, it will only select the phone and call the number but not dial the participant code and it's a long number that makes it difficult to remember. I know you can save a contact that include the phone and participant code and it will automatically connect you to the conference call, but Teams Meetings have a different participant code for every meeting which makes using a saved contact not an option. I know they can join via the Teams app but some users do not have Team installed on their personal device.

I tried on a Samsung and Pixel and they only recognize the phone number when calling.
