One UI 2.1 Update-Have you received?

with Zoom, that's 40 minutes PER SESSION. When 40 minutes is up, just reconnect. All free.

Oh Ok I didn't know that! I guess we could all get Zoom then? I just figured since 2 of us had Duo and 2 had Face Time the 2 getting Zoom on I phones could just get duo but it doesn't matter we can all try zoom. Thanks! We just have a nurse friend in Philly and wanted to all get together and have a glass of wine and video chat.

Google Duo has much better video & audio quality than any other video chat app I've used.

I received the update today in the UK on my unlocked S10 Plus and since then I am experiencing some problems. Firstly the screen gets very, very warm as does the back of the phone, secondly I had to remove Nova Launcher Prime as it messed that up in that the icons disappeared, thirdly I cannot do burst shots using the camera after looking online in how to do them it just keeps videoing instead and lastly I don't have the fourth icon that you are supposed to have in the gallery app. Added photo to show you what I mean.

Would really like to go back to before I updated but not sure how as had no problems before today. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Edit: Forgot to say battery is draining faster but on looking to see why I can't see anything that could be causing it to happen.

Thank you so much mustang7757 that video was so easy to follow and I had no trouble. The icon is there now in gallery but just doing that little thing the screen has got really warm again on the left hand side and my battery is still draining fast. I still cannot do burst shots in the camera app. Is there any way to go back to using one ui 2.0?

You have been very helpful and it's so appreciated.

Camera app try to reset by long press the camera icon tap info then scroll to storage clear data and cache then back out one and at bottom force close...for battery getting warm give it little time to adjust to everything after the update...your welcome :)

Camera looks much better but I still can't get the technique right for burst shots so I'll wait to see if someone posts how to do them on YouTube.

Thank you once again for being so helpful :)

Burst shot, just slide from top of the circle down on the button you take shot with

I was just trying this myself (after clearing cache and data per your suggestion) and found that the app told me to drag the shutter down to get to burst mode, same as you just suggested for JellyBelly474.

Well, we're now in April 2020...the time that I'm to expect the update (according to the notice I got through the Samsung Members app), so I'm keeping my fingers crossed and waiting to get my Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) updated from Android-9 to 10+One UI 2.1...as the notice indicated (see attached screen-recording). I will keep you guys posted. By the way, I'm in Abuja, Nigeria.

I think i was pressing down on the camera button too hard as I finally got the burst shots to work. You just need the slightest touch really and slide it down.

Another problem now is that this morning after using a wireless charger to charge overnight, the phone was really hot to touch both the front and back, something that has never happened before. Would a full reset to factory settings help?

I'm using an old iphone for now which is a pain but it will do while my s10+ cools down

Did you try clearing the RAM...in case background runners were trying to barbeque the phone?
