Both of these features work on my note 9. Samsung experience has them baked in.I'm interested in trying the one ui but l'm a little apprehensive seeing touchwiz is ordinary after losing feature that were on previous models, like long press for app info, why would they get rid of that and the notification badges also work which they don't on touchwiz ?
I'm using the Pixel double bubble launcher now and it's much better.

does anyone know if the new one UI still has the edge panels?
It's about time Samsung made some big changes. I just hope it runs smooth and doesn't start to lag later on down the road.

I'm finding it difficult to understand what you're saying, because Samsung devices currently use samsung experience, not touchwiz, and app info does show when you long press.
And notifications, and badges work as they should on my note 9, and my note 8.
Mind you I haven't use touchwiz on the S9 since I changed over in April. I had the other pixel launchers before I changed to the double bubble launcher.
I dont know how to do that. Can't figure outHas anyone been able to sign up for the Beta? Not seeing this option.
If you didn't read it the frist time
I don't use samsung software if possible it's ordinary IMO, if since I changed lanuchers back in April from touchwiz to pixel, Samsung now use samsung experience I wouldn't know or care.
If samsung experience works well for you, great enjoy.
