Anybody know how to get the badge count to work on Samsung experience . I've been using Nova for forever , but I wanted to try the Samsung experience , but my badges aren't working.

Not having a issue, but can try a quick restart or see any launcher or application you download causing issues

Those who dont like it dont have to like it the majority of people do. There will always be a change no matter what phone you choose to go with. If that manufacturer wants to change the software they can and they will. It's not that big of a deal as you and others make it out to be. You may not be happy with the drastic change but it still works as before, just a few changes that take time to get used to. You guys hating in the UI will not make others hate it too

I agree, they came a long way and doing it right now ,still some work but like the direction.

I updated all my launchers and it looks like it's just one ui to me, because it only happens when Samsung prompts come up. Like in the battery save mode tab the button that enables battery saving, it is under the chin of my phone.
