one x wifi issue

i know theres probably tons of threads about this topic already but i was looking and couldnt fine what i was looking for , i just got my one x yesterday and its having trouble connecting to my wifi it has poor signal or doesnt connect at all...is their a fix for this at all ?

Yes...

Contact customer services and they will arrange to collect your phone and sort it. Its a known problem now, a design issue and they are sorting it.

Mine went off for repair this afternoon. 7 working days but I'm missing it already....back to my blackbery....grrrrrr

Wait a sec... you are referring to the international version of the One X, not AT&T. It will depend on what version you have as to what the problem might be.

I assume its both.....yes mine is international one x tho

Its only the processors that are different so the bare bones and design issues are gonna be the same.....unless i'm mistaken.

i have the att version and it happens on mine if you put your hands around the phone the wife signal drops all the way down to no signal as soon as you release it the signal goes back up. this really sucks but living with i don't feel like sending off to htc for a week

Sadly until HTC start doing home visits....you are gonna have to send it off....but once its done then its done.
