OnePlus 6T T-Mobile Flash rom

Has anyone here flashed the XDA rom that switches the T-Mobile version to an international rom. Does this exlude from being able to ever get OTA updates from OnePlus or can you still get them if you manually request them through manual software updates. Or is this more of a always have to manually install new ROMs each time an update comes through.

I flashed the conversion. I've seen reports of people being able to take OTA updates with no problem but I haven't tried it yet myself.

Have you noticed any difference in performance or overall experience in the phone since the conversion

No problems
The experience is better, especially if you install the OnePlus beta

So you are finding the beta to be a better experience? I am on the T-Mobile conversion but haven't installed the beta yet because I am just not sure if I need to or want to because of stability.
