@ezdoit got lucky and my phone is on delivery truck to deliver today

I would have bet yesterday that you'd get your's today, but didn't want to jinx your new phone. FedEx can get coast to coast fairly quickly with their planes and I think they gain 3 hours going east to west.

Yeah I get that but I have seen many times they sitting in the destination sort facility even though they arrive at my destination. For example my Ultra came to destination sort on Sunday but didn't move until delivery day on Tuesday even though they could have delivered on Monday and have seen similar thing with other packages. The problem is not the distance since you can get from one end of the country to another in few hours, it's how the the FedEx destination sort facility processes. It's up to them and their obligation is to make sure it delivers before the committed delivery date. May be there aren't that many packages now so probably rescheduled to deliver today itself.

Either way super happy and can't wait for the FedEx truck to pull up

Yeah ordered the case along with phone. You should also have a free clear tpu case inside the phone box. So may be use that until you get a different one.

I think delivery is kind of a crap shoot now, especially IN NY with all the virus stuff coing around.

All you can do is keep an eye on the tracking - believe me - the phone is worth waiting for.

@ezdoit I got the sandstone case but honestly I'm liking the case that came with the phone better than that. For some reason using the phone with built in case feels much nicer in terms of ergonomics compared to sandstone case.
