I think i am going to order online as well. The rep i spoke to told me that I can still get the 3g to 4g discount and she thinks i can do it online. I hope so!

If you have a 3g phone and upgrade to a 4g phone online there will be a 4g packet with a sim card that comes with the phone. No need to order the card separately.

Hopefully they weren't lying about 1 am and I can buy off contract.

I thought telesales closed at 11.....
I'm on the west coast and got a guy in Seattle. They were open and he let me order it. At first he couldn't do it, but then after pleading for the $100 upgrade discount he said the system let him order it for me. It's signed, sealed, and almost delivered!
I got that same story earlier from an online sales rep. I just think it's part of a bungled launch. It's been bizarre.
I got my reps name and direct line to her call center. I'm getting that discount that she said was available until the 31st one way or the other.
My other question is WTF is the verizon/galaxynexus website any good for, what are they going to email me in the next 20 minutes and tell me its available?
lol "sign up for updates" sites are always worthless.
Like has been said 100 times, you will have the phone before you get an email update.

Yes, I talked to 5 other people and could never get it because I didn't live in the "midwest" and because "my account wasn't flagged for it." I played the "but I've been loyal to Verizon and you won't give me any discount" card and he threw $30 off of it. I figured I would just settle with that. $219 + tax. I'm okay with it.
