If you order a LTE phone online, do they ship a SIM card with it, or do you also have to order a SIM card at the same time?

Just got done ordering my Verizon Galaxy Nexus from Verizon Telesales (*611)!!! Got free overnight shipping, $50 off for NE2, and $30 credit to my account (talked to 6 different reps to get the $100 for 3G to 4G and 30 was the most I could get) Should have my phone on Friday. Good luck to everybody and thank Tebow the wait is finally over!!!
Online chat rep just told me that there is no information available for release of Galaxy Nexus but she could give me a link to register an email address......this is stupid. Hopefully they weren't lying about 1 am and I can buy off contract.
I'm on the west coast and got a guy in Seattle. They were open and he let me order it. At first he couldn't do it, but then after pleading for the $100 upgrade discount he said the system let him order it for me. It's signed, sealed, and almost delivered!
My other question is WTF is the verizon/galaxynexus website any good for, what are they going to email me in the next 20 minutes and tell me its available?
I am still waiting for my email on the thunderbolt.
I just got my email about the motorola droid yesterday. =T
