I ordered mine at 12:23. I got an email that same instant with a "check your order status here" link. I clicked the link inserted my order number and last name. A new window opened with my order date, order number, order status "Your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment at www.fedex.com", but no tracking number. I kept checking all afternoon, but no tracking number. 15 minutes ago I called VZW, input my phone number and the nice recorded lady said "I see you placed an order today .... do you want the tracking number?" Duuh! I pressed 1 and had my Fedex tracking number. My GN will arrive tomorrow by 3 PM.
I think VZW was ready for today. I ordered at 12:23 and it was out the door ar 1:55.
So, if you don't see a tracking number online, call up the CS number.
One other thing, I spoke to 5 different CSRs in the last 24 hours about different issues and each one was friendly, articulate, intelligent, and genuinely concerned about my issue. I was very impressed!
