So yesterday last night i went to charge my phone and as usual, i put it under my bad, so next day my phone is off as usual but i think its kinda dangerous because my parents always turn it off while charging without my permission, so back to the phone, i turn on the phone then its just like casual, but later when i scroll down the status bar, it just pull up by itself in a sec, so im curios, check my keyboard, folder app and other, i found that my phone had these problem:
1.Status bar just keep going up after i pulled it down.
2.after boot on, if i dont open folder app when the phone is normal, then i lock it and unlock again, the folder just went stuck animation when about to shows some apps but if i open it when its normal and lock then unlock it again, the blur on the folder dissapeared.
3.some apps like social media:Facebook, steam, messeger and other. Had a problem that if i open it when i lock it again and unlock, the app i open it just give me a blank result and for steam it just blank then later crashed.
4.After lock and unlock again, some system app like Settings is having problem when i click every setting, it just pressed but didnt proceed.
I already factory reset and checked all apps, nothing suspicious.
The oppo customer service says i have to flash or factory, for flash im still curios, any help? Oh and sorry for my english.
