Optimus V 2.2.2 stuck with Clockworkmod recovery v5.0.2.7 on phone NEED HELP GETTING BACK TO STOCK

I mistakenly installed Clockworkmod recovery v5.0.2.7 What are all the files I need on my 8g sd card to get back to normal? :'(

N e way, once you got into recovery, 1st thing you do is BACKUP!!

Hi BJ I appreciate you responding Immediately after posting I flashed bobzohms cm7 with the proper gapps and my Optimus v is working fine It now has android v2.3.7 I would like to know why on boot up it has LG in white then LG in red symbol then Virgin mobile without the sound and it sit on the Virgin mobile logo for a min 30 sec before booting into CM7

Different roms use different boot animations
The second one can easily be changed with a boot animation app in the store
As for no sound, you need to add your own with cm. There is a guide somewhere on xda forum. Ill post a link in a bit
The long boot, sometimes they take a minute
After you use it a bit and reboot a couple times it may be a bit quicker
