Options for syncing to PC

Quite important. The problem is that my Outlook contacts have lots of notes and non standard formats that the iPhone had ZERO problems handling / syncing. It is also accrued over 13+ years so it is huge. I tried syncing to Outlook.com and that said my file was too big. I use it for my email as I own a few domains and so my email is not @gmail I could set up some forwards but why should I HAVE to?! App builders you have a Gold Mine here!!!
