Not in the USA. There's a selection from DHL that allows delivery without a signature. I signed up for text alerts and got the link through there.

BTW, my OP online status still shows "Processing." My OP3 is presently out for delivery.

Try this link and enter your OP order number including the OP portion in the shipper's reference number field. Change the beginning date to 10/21 or before it may have shipped.

Dont understand this. When I look at my order email I got from OP, I have an order number and a transaction number. Where do I input those numbers on this DHL site exactly? Thanks man

Your OP order number begins with the letters, "OP." It is right beside the order date on your OnePlus.net account page.

Plug your OP order number into the Shipper's reference field:

Change the "date range for shipment - from" to something like Oct. 21 and hit the track button.

Doesn't look like I'll be getting the phone today, it's been stuck at 'Uncontrollable clearance delay' since Tuesday. Not even sure I'll get it before next week. It's still sitting in China...bummer! Wondering what the issue is?

Im so close to just buying a mint one of swappa then if/when this one gets here just selling as new in box on swappa. the money isnt an issue, and ill prob lose like $20 on the whole deal

It's tough to wait. How does the warranty thing work if you buy from Swappa? I think I'd just be patient.

My phone is finally moving! It left Hong Kong several hours ago. There is no estimated delivery now, but I would guess it will be tomorrow (if they deliver on Saturdays) or Monday.

Don't forget to setup up signature release if you (or someone) won't be there to sign for it. It would be a shame to wait this long and miss the delivery and have to wait another day!

Ok, thanks for the tip. The package arrived in Cincinnati. Still no delivery date, it reads, "The Estimated Delivery Date is currently unavailable. Please try again later." The custom delivery options are also grayed out so I can't schedule it or fill out a signature release. I may give them a call.

Just turned from pending shipment to processing this morning. Im in the US. Doesnt seem possible that it can get from China to NY in just 4 days. Is it really great? Im sure I will love it, but still just worried I wont like the screen after using the Note 7 and S7edge for months.

WOW DHL must be the worst shipping company ever my order has been sitting 100 miles away from me for three days. I still have not got a shipping email from One Plus.

This worked great found my order even though I never received an email saying that it was dispatched or shipped.

My estimated receive date vanished after it got to Cincinnati too.

Phone got from China to LA overnight. Will be here Monday, a day before the estimated date

That's exactly where I am right now. 3 days of extra customs clearance. Phone now in Cincinnati 3 days after original ETA. Can't get any delivery info from the DHL website. I did call them and got a vague estimate of "Monday". Talk about clownshoes.

Phone got from China to LA to Albany NY (my city) in like 18 hours. It says it is "in transit to the destination". This is USPS. Do they deliver on Sunday? Would be a full 2 days early if they did!
