I ordered my phone yesterday but got a email today that said it was on hold. I called them and the lady didn't even know what the phone was. When I bought the phone online they didn't charge me tax and that's why the payment didn't go thru. Didn't know that till today. I was even talking to a sales rep online and she checked the order and told me everything went thru. Did anyone else have this issue? Now I need to wait an extra day for it. Takes some of the excitement factor out
