Oreo for this device?

I am at Day 5 so far and I cannot believe how solid the phone is running. Everything seems faster/snappier. And the crazy thing is the battery life has gotten even better if that was even possible. I run my phone a lot during the day between calls (people actually still do this with phones), texts, emails, checking social media, etc. Before the upgrade, I would start at 100% in the morning and when I plug it in at night it would be 45%-50% on an average day. Now ... I start at 100% and when I plug it in at night it is at 60%-65% range. That is with me running the phone pretty hard during the day.

So far I am really liking the move to Oreo.

I charged mine overnight and at 8pm I still have 73% battery left. But I'm not on it Ali day. I think it's a lot better than before the update. I would be around 60% by 8pm before.

My Z Play is running great on Oreo, battery life is as good as ever. My primary phone, my Z Force, is sucking wind on Oreo. I have to charge it several times a day to make it through. I know I need to Factory Reset (FDR), just waiting for some free time to spend on setting it up again.

First problem for me after Oreo update... Buttons at the bottom of the screen are intermittently not responding (home, back, switch). This is a big issue because you get stuck in the current app and can't get home or switch apps. You can it never happened in the previous 18 months with this phone until Oreo!

That's been a fairly common complaint on the Moto Forum following Oreo 8.0. I assume you have already tried clearing the system cache and reboot the phone?
