Organizing icons

i am a new android user and i am wondering is there a way that i can organize my icons so that i can go to certain apps easily without having to scroll through everything ? i know that i can organize the ones on the homescreen , but there is a limit to how many icons i can have there. any help would be appreciated . thanks in advance

Long press the main screen and add you're favorite ads there, or ads a folder and put them in a folder. Look up" launcher" in the app store and try some. Many allow rearranging the app drawer. I like ADWlauncher.
