Question Os services using all wifi bandwidth on one plus 8

My phone keeps using all bandwidth when connected to wifi. I tracked wifi usage and found that all bandwidth id being used by OS services. Since 10 October almost 109 GB has been used by OS services. Phone is on Android 13. How do I fix this.

That's tough to determine but that should be for that 1 month can you see its history for other months? Maybe it was an OS update at the time

It's happening since past 3 months that mobile kept using full available wifi bandwidth when no app was running in background and phone was idle too. I didn't focus enough and usually used to disconnect wifi. This month I started tracking with third party app and found out that these are OS services.

updates can't be 109 GB I think

Yeah I agree with OS update not being that big , any file transfer to computer?
