the title is what im getting ive read here not to delete oem apps and stuff so this doesnt happen which i havent my device is rooted i did disable some apps via task manger and ive enabled them again and still get the same problem any ideas other then reflashing the rom ?

nah i should still have stock recovery as i never installed a custom was going to but never got round to it

Normally to obtain root you install a custom recovery.

I would boot into recovery and see. Stock or custom.

i sorted it by updating via kies im now on 4.3 unrooted and i connect to the servers now i need to root again

One idea would be to learn the definition of punctuation, specifically, periods. Cute flat brimmed hat though!
