OTA version numbers?

Ok, got me my refurb .. but I strongly suspect that I've got the OTA pre-installed. Can anybody tell me how I can tell for sure?

Menu > Settings > About phone > Software information > Build number... it should be 1.12.something... after the OTA it is 1.13.605.7
