OTG and Rooting query in NEO V

Hello, I m just another noob user using Sony Xperia Neo v ! So straight to the question - "Does neo v supports USB On the Go and if yes how to do it and does it need neo v to be rooted !"

- My Neo v is running an ICE CREAM SANDWITCH, so is it already rooted, while updating the phone or i have to manually root it ! Please i need help ! Many many thanks in advance.....

Yes It supports usb....u may b having problems with drives .u may need to download them from sony site...
I think ur phone is not being rooted if u have updated it via sony center...
