Outlook Contacts disappearing from Android contacts.

A single contact keeps disappearing from my KeyONE via the BlackBerry Contacts app. I added this contact a couple days account to my Office 365 account, and it disappeared a day later when I went to find it. I added it again, and it disappeared again! I'm not using Outlook on my phone. Very frustrating.

The contacts icon on my Android Outlook has disappeared from the bottom task bar. Looking at the synch setup etc allows for a very inefficient search of contacts but surely I don't have to that every time...what have I done? A fully functioning mobile Outlook would be my primary tool - links to pc contacts calendar & multiple email accounts etc but I trashed it a year as being not up the job & might have to again.
