Outlook Contacts Not Syncing Properly

Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue with my Samsung Z Fold 5 where my Outlook contacts aren't syncing as they should. All the settings seem correct, and I've followed the steps outlined in this Microsoft support article:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Under Accounts, tap the account you would like to sync with.
3. Switch the Sync Contacts slider to ON.

However, once the sync contacts slider is turned on, it seems to be in a never-ending "sync." I can see in the top right corner that it says "cancel sync," which means it's "currently" syncing, but it's actually not. The Outlook contacts never make it to the phone's contacts.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Are you using the Outlook app on your phone or some other email app?

I'm using the Outlook app. I've already uninstalled/reinstalled it a couple times too.

I believe you should sign into the Samsung email app with outlook and will give sync options for contacts/mail/calendar
