Outlook & HTC Favorites Syncing Issue

Just got my One and got all contacts synced fine. All the groups are syncing as they should except for Favorites. Any Favorites I have in Outlook don't show up on my One's Favorites list and vice versa--if i "favorite" a contact on the One it doesn't show up in Outlook. Ideas?
