Overclocking not working?

Hi there, I just received my NS the other day, and I immediately flashed JellyButt 2.4 (Great ROM BTW) and Matr1x kernel 23.0. I want to overclock the phone, but for some reason the OC functions don't appear in any CPU control app I use. The additional governors and higher speeds don't appear at all, and it appears just as if I'm running the stock kernel, yet the phone information says Matr1x is installed. Is there something I'm missing? :'(

Boot to recovery and fix permissions from the advanced menu. Nstools for some reason can't set its own permissions correctly in jellybean

*Derp Moment*

In doing this at 1am, I forgot to read the entire thread regarding Matr1x kernel. Apparently Matr1x kernel v22.5 and 23.0 do not support overclocking :-[
