Owner information on lock screen

When I go to settings>lock screen, there is no option to display owner information. Any ideas on why this option would not be there?

I can change my personal message, and display the date and time, but on my husband's phone there is another option to display owner information. This option is missing from my phone.

Found it, had to change from personal message to clock
