P10 Plus bluetooth not turning on

So i bought my p10 plus brand new one year ago. Since i bought it its bluetooth was not working but i didnt really need it so i did not wanted to send my phone to get fixed and stay without phone for 2 weeks. Now i need it and im trying to fix it by myself. The bluetooth does not want to turn on. I tried whiping cache data, bluetooth cache, network cache, android update, resetting phone hundred times. Any ides how can it can be fixed without sending it to huawei service?
