Now that I live in southern Mexico I miss sitting in front of the fireplace with a book and watching the snow swirling around the plum tree by the window...until I remember scraping ice of my car's windshield and shoveling a driveway and sidewalk and driving on black ice to get to work.

I live in Oaxaca, Mexico, and in the dry season we'll go months without a cloud. I hate plain, boring, solid blue skies.

I'm older than most trees and have enjoyed taking photos since 1966. I was getting bored with Pixel phones and switched to Huawei P30 pro and it's fun again.

But it won't work on Verizon.
And it has to have a Google operating system.
