I've had wireless charging issues with 2 P4 XLs so far. Just put in for a repair request for the second one. Same issue...will not wirelessly charge unless you apply pressure to the phone and actually almost flex the device. My other phones work fine on my Pixel stand, but not my Pixels. The replacement I am sending back now was sent to me by Google last week and has never worked properly.

My P4XL is still working like a brand new phone, but I am looking forward to the new 6 and 6Pro being released this fall. Thanks for sharing this information.

P4xl warranty extension

I own two pixel 4xls. My first one had to have battery and motherboard changed in February. The repair was done poorly by Ubreak-I fix, so battery rattles inside phone. It will be redone next week. My next pixel 4xl, that is my daily driver, has issues now. I keep getting a notification that the UI can’t read battery level. It also bootlooped last weekend. A new battery and motherboard has been ordered for it.
