mine didn't validate the first time on my 10+ but I tried again. try again. if you still can't do it using your original apk, since you only get three links (I'd talk to him about that) then email the dev. seems it should work since it's samsung

when you load the apk and then validate. I did a copy paste both times of the license key. it showed both times, but only the second time worked. only copied once, but had to paste twice.

but I've only activated the apk once time on one device - 10+

Erm ill give it a try again when im home. Just wierd... Or maybe the license is only for 1 active device?
