Padlock on "Splash1" Screen.

Three (UK) posted a brief video detailing the Galaxy Nexus and it shows (for a brief second) a padlock on the "Splash1" screen, I am guessing this would become an "un-locked" padlock after running fastboot oem unlock

I know we probably already know this, just haven't seen it in any other videos.
