Hey guys, I paid for my Honor View 10 with 2-day shipping on 4/11/2018. The payment processed. It even shows on the website the payment is processed. It just hasn't shipped yet. I have called 5 different times and nobody seems to know what is happening. They have "escalated" the issue which somebody should call me within 48 hours.
Here's my issue.. They said if they can't figure it out, they can process a refund. I don't want a refund, I want this phone. I have Cricket, so I can't really get the same deal for a phone anywhere else. Has anybody else had this problem? Any ideas?
