Pairing a platinum keyboard

[AC Question]

I had a platinum keyboard that was paired properly with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. The keyboard last a key and they gave me a new keyborad

Can't seem to pair it according to the instructions.

The new keyboard was charged for 4 hours as per instructions

I unpaired the old keyboard.

when trying to pair the new one, getting this message "Unable to communicate with Platinum keyboard".

Can someone help.

Welcome to Android Central! What's the model number of the Platinum keyboard? Is it the same model as the one you had before? Do you have to press a Connect button on the keyboard?
