Password help

I want to set a password for my Galaxy s4 every time i unlock the phone and i can't get rid of swipe to unlock. I set up a pin unlock but it only asks me to enter pin when i reboot the phone. How do i get rid of swipe to unlock and set a password for any unlock attempt?

done that, it still swipes to unlock unless i restart, once its restarted it unlocks to a swipe
