Just as the title says...

I will not be testing this personally since the TWS bug does not effect me...

Paul: That's nuts, I thought TWS affected everyone.

I still get the bug, but thanks to ACS it's only a visual bug- no actual battery loss.

Yes it affects everyone to an extent I guess but some worse than others. In my case it doesn't bother me. There are a lot of little "bugs" I tend to over look because I know thats just how things are, nothing is perfect in technology especially with cell phones. Some people spend all days on end trying to perfect things with their cell phones, trying to get rid of every little bug and in the mean time they are not enjoying their devices.. Example, its like those who play with that PRL and Profile update every 5 minutes, I've never touched mine at all.. While I think our forums are great for news and help on working with your device sometimes I think there is too much information given for the consumer to play with and they in some ways create their own problems. Bottom line, you patch 2 things today and tomorrow someone discovers another bug which never "ruined" your day until someone mentioned it.

Anyways, I posted this PATCH I saw over at XDA because I knew there was many who complained about it and I was just keeping my fellow Android Central visitors informed, doing my job as Adviser.

I think it is important to note that this patch should really only be used(at least for now) by the advanced users/devs. There have been reports over at xda of this frying sd cards plus this isn't just something you flash in CWM(again at least for now).

Yes, that is important advice. I'm not really following this patch or getting involved in it. I just shared the info, that's all. Its up to the user to read whatever disclaimers and warnings the dev has posted.
