PC doesn't recognize internal storage

My wife has a droid X2 which I rooted that when plugged in to windows 7 pc explorer shows her card as MOT G and root directory as MOT F. I now have a droid 2 which I rooted and I can only get the sd card as MOT G and no root directory. I have the super user app so I believe it rooted correctly. Any ideas?

i have never actually had my motorola device show my internal storage card on the PC only the sdcard
