Pda net old version apk needed

I recently downloaded the newer version of Pdanet for my Rezound, and deleted the old version without clearing the vpn.

Does anyone have the apk that is no longer available (blocked by vz) in the market?

Or...
Does anyine know how to clear tue vpn so my browsers work again???

Btw- I've search the web for hours, and tried other versions. None seem to have the vpn input setup....

I have no pc with win. Only Android tab and phone.

Hopefully, I won't be forced to do a factory reset. Ugh! :-(
