People viewing Whatsapp status

The question is

I can view the other person whatsapp status uploaded by him as i have his contact number..when i upload my whatsapp status how to find who has viewed my status other than people already in my whatsapp contacts.

For example there are two persons named A and B.

A has not saved B's contact number .

B has saved A's contact number

When A uploads any whatsapp status then B will be able to see A's whatsapp status as he has his contact number saved. How will A come to know whether B Has viewed A's whatsapp status as A does not have his contact number saved?

Most likely, the status is being stored on the WhatsApp servers for speed of distribution. If that is the case, no user will ever know who has seen a status update.

for people to see your status YOU have to have their number saved in your contacts. otherwise they can't view your status. in short a and b have to have each other's numbers saved. unlike profile picture or last seen
