Peower Button issue

The power button on my s5 is too soft to feel the click. Not like the volume button, I can feel the click when it is pressed, but not the power button. Is there anyway to fix it without tearing it.

Doubtful. You could try swabbing some rubbing alcohol over the power button, in case there's some kind of residue that seeped into the cracks around the button. The alcohol might help to dissolve the residue.
