Those are some really good write-ups!! This is exactly the press we need on this issue. I received a letter back from the FCC yesterday in the mail. It was basically just an acknowledgement that they had received my complaint and were investigating it. I'm expecting to get less satisfaction out of the FCC than I got out of the BBB, but at least I filed a complaint. I have received nothing back from the FTC.

I did. and I am happier with my thunderbolt on verizon. been with att for a decade and they just lost me and two other lines.

I'd do the same if I had the option, gotta go with what's free for me though. Damn my family all with dumbphones, or iPhones as they call them.

3/29 17:43 Update: The site in question appears to be "groubal"; the site that was hosting the online at&t data speed petition you guys were signing. This site was throwing up tons of Malware warnings earlier, and now the entire site appears to be down. I suspect their web servers were probably infected. I will continue to look into this.

3/29 20:15 Update: I contacted Groubal web support and this is the response I got back from them:
