I've had my galaxy s5 neo for a few years now and its always been reliable however earlier today while using my bluetooth headphones the song i was listening to stopped playing even though it was downloaded and then no other music would play on my phone so i restarted it and was able to listen to music via bluetooth and the standard jax however my phones speakers still arent working properly. They'll play system sounds fine but when making phone calls my ring tone wont play but when i answer i can hear the other person albiet the audio is extremely choppy. I've tried restarting, turning off bluetooth, reinserting my sim card and cleaning out my headphone and charger ports but nothing seems to work. Please help!
