Phone call connects but no voice either party

When I make an ordinary phone call it connects ok but neither party can hear or be heard. I can reset the phone and it will begin working correctly again. Anyone else having this trouble? Still on kit-kat. The cell signals are strong.

i am also facing the same problem on 4.4.2(KitKat).Then i restart my phone and issue has correct.
