Phone cannot connect to PC in fastboot mode

[Android Central Question]

Hi All

My phone is stuck on the MI logo, with no android logo coming at the bottom.
I cannot go to the wipe data option as it does not show up, by pressing any key combination.

I can only go to fast boot mode.

And then also my phone is not detectable by a PC, so I can flash a new ROM on it.

What happens if you power off and before restart hold volume up and power button same time?

I would suggest you join the Mi Community Forum. If it can be sorted out, there are quite a few guru's on there. You can access the forum from a PC if your phones knackered or download the Mi Community app from the play store.

Hi, which phone do you have and what version of the OS? You will need to supply that info if you contact/join the Mi Community.
