When I select the phone app and then the dialler all I get is a rotary dial, even if I select English 4x3 keypad in the settings.. Anyone?

Where at in settings do you select the 4X3 keypad? Never mind, I found it. Mine is set to the 4X3 keypad & I get the rotary dialer also
